After 3 years at the historic City & County building in downtown Salt Lake City, we’re excited to be trying a new venue — Church & State.
Church & State is a community-focussed coworking space and incubator in the heart of downtown SLC, just a block away from our old location and right across the street from the Salt Lake Main Library and the Leonardo Museum. When I spoke with them and visited the site, their dedication to building a community rather than simply making money resonated with me as an open source advocate and WordCamp organizer — I could tell we were speaking the same language.
The building is a gorgeous, historic church building that has been added to over the decades. Since it is a historic building, accessibility may be an issue, so please let us know if you are physically disabled and require special assistance. Both the WordCamp organizing team and the staff at Church & State are eager to find a solution that works.
